All prices listed on this website are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and all charges will be processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
Return Exchange Policy
• Faulty item must be reported to email@example.com within 7 Days upon received in order to entitle replacement
• Only faulty item entitle for refund or replacement claim
• Wear and tear on parcel exterior packaging are not entitle for refund or replacement
• Faulty item must be delivered in its original packaging. Free delivery is only valid for one-time merchant to customer shipment only.
In the event of parcel unable to delivered due to no one at home or office, Customer will have to bear shipment fee for second and further attempt to deliver.
• Delivery cost back to baranganbayimurah.com to be covered by customer
• Baranganbayimurah.com will cover the delivery cost of replacement product to customer
• Any refund or replacement requests are subject to Zuwairish Shophouse acceptance and it will take 14 working days to process

We only ship within MALAYSIA. Delivery is via third party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery.
Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply. Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped. Shipping time may vary depending on your location, please allow 2 - 7 days for delivery. Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
